We loved the spacious Deluxe Queen Suite, very comfortable and quiet for a good night’s sleep. However, the breakfast options were quite limited and lacked variety.

i had a great three-night stay at franklin manor bed and breakfast. the spacious deluxe queen suite was super comfortable and had a lovely private bathroom. i enjoyed the interesting history shared by the host about this beautifully restored home.

I was surprised by the lack of room servicing. a $50 cleaning fee felt hefty, yet I didn’t see any cleaning take place during my three nights. Some room tidiness would have been most appreciated.
